My Favorite Things

It's the gift giving season and I thought I'd take a break to post a few of my favorite stores here for you to browse and explore. I guarantee, they'll probably become your favorites too!

Etsy.com
* Everyone Etsy's now a days. If you don't know what it is, you've probably fallen off the planet. This website is an eccentric mix of homemade and vintage items. If you want something totally amazing and not commercial, this is your store. The only problem I've found is there is rarely 'easy' browsing. You better know what you want OR you could be there forever... not that it's a bad thing.

Five and Diamond
* Are you SteamPunk? If not, you will be after going here.

CatBird
* Catbird is just fucking amazing. Although it's on the pricey side of the spectrum, the items are WELL worth it. The are crafty and original. You will NOT see anyone else wearing any of this jewelry and if you do? I think you've just found your best friend for life.

Perpetual Kid
* One of my FAVORITE off the wall, gadget stores. If it's weird and wacky, you know it's here. Hello - they have a category called "Bacon". Maybe that's not your speed? How about "Cupcakes and Robots"? I love almost every item on this website and if there was a physical location - I'd move there in a heart beat.

Think Geek
* Stuff for Smart Masses. Need I say more??

Uncommon Goods
* I'm personally in love with 90% of their 'gifts for her' section. They have so many original hostess type stuff. The dishes and kitchen things are so cute!

Fishs Eddy
* Just go look at Alice in Wonderland. Want.

It's been so long since I've sit down to write a blog...a real blog! I'm almost unsure what to put here. BUT here I am.

Maverick created this fantastic site for artists to share with each other and the public. I had been saying how I was wanting somewhere I could weave my tales about my current life and he provided it! A blog and a gallery...it's simple, little, and something I can manage.

I don't quite understand how I go from having no shoots to 5-7 in the course of two weeks, but I don't exactly mind. I've uploaded sneak peek pictures from 3 of the sets in my new Sneak Peeks gallery, and I'll be attempting to post them below for viewing.
